Job Description

CV&Coffee, the only recruitment company in the UK specialising in bilingual candidates (Italian/English), is expanding its team and currently looking for an experienced recruiter.

The role offers outstanding career progression for the right individual.

Although you will be working with the existing team, this position will be a stand alone role.

Below some of the responsibilities involved in this role:

  • Creating and closing new business opportunities
  • Networking, cold calling and arranging visits with prospective clients in relation to their ongoing recruitment needs
  • Develop and expand a sales strategy
  • Work towards activity and revenue based Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Close business opportunities which can be evidenced against strategic sales activity (KPIs)
  • Work within the existing team of consultants and senior management to maximise sales opportunities
  • Recruiting uniquely qualified candidates through various channels (Database, LinkedIn, Twitter, blogging, Linkedin Groups, etc.).

Person specification:

  • You must be an experienced recruitment professional – at least 1 year in a similar role in the UK
  • Hungry for success and target driven
  • Willing to learn from other people in the team and share your ideas with them
  • A demonstrable track record of achievements, ideally with experience in a sales role
  • Experience of operating with senior/mid-level contacts and gaining business from this
  • Be able to evidence past success within business development and gaining outcomes from this activity
  • Comfortable in operating at senior level in face-to-face meetings
  • Natural networker
  • Being business minded with a competitive will to help our client become an employer of choice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication – must be fluent in English  (Italian is a plus)
  • Ability to effectively interview and assess talents.
  • Passionate about talent and making a positive impact on people daily.
