Job Description

We are recruiting again and we are looking for a smart, polished and friendly candidate to join their impressive team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Call management
  • Meet and greet all incoming clients and staff to the office
  • Room bookings
  • Manage security passes and liaise with alarm company
  • Email management for various email accounts
  • Travel arrangements for clients and staff
  • Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Courier bookings
  • Ensure front of house in tidy
  • Data entry
  • Liaise with maintenance contractors
  • Upload research findings onto company website
  • Manage daily bookings to ensure catering and other requirements are met and delivered on time.
  • Ordering of food and beverages for client meetings and events. Food and beverage handling, preparation and clearing for client meetings and events.
  • Be involved in local and national marketing campaigns to generate revenue.
  • Set up show offices when move ins and move outs occur.


  • £18,000 per annum
