UCL School of European Languages, Culture and Society Full Time: The appointment will be on UCL Grade 7. The salary range will be Grade 7 £36,424 – £39,523 per annum; Grade 8 £40,618 – £47,915 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance. UCL’s School of European Languages, Culture and Society is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Italian Studies. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level and will be encouraged to develop their individual research interests and to lead or participate in collaborative research projects. The position is available from September 2014. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of high quality research in post-1800 Italian Studies and a proven ability to teach Italian at undergraduate and postgraduate level. A PhD or equivalent is essential as is complete fluency in both English and Italian.
