Job Description

We are currently working a permanent vacancy with a boutique financial service provider that offers tailored corporate, fiduciary and administrative services worldwide, although particularly Italian clients, so this role requires applicants to be fluent in Italian.

Clients will include professional intermediaries including leading tax, accountancy and financial advisory firms and work closely with law firms, large financial institutions and banks as well as high net worth individuals.

The company is fairly new and is still very small, but backed very securely and plan on expanding, but at this stage we are looking for somebody that would relish working in a small and personable environment.

The role itself will be to be the main Administrator for the office, performing such tasks as invoicing, bank transfers, updates of excel spreadsheets, filing and general admin, in addition to providing reception cover as needed. In addition you will be working with the Senior Partner as his Personal Assistant, arranging international travel, booking appointments, managing diary etc.

Applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years work experience within an office environment. Prior experience of the Financial or Accountancy industries an advantage although not essential.
