Job Title: ITALIAN speaking E-Commerce Customer Consultant – FASHION

Skills: Fluent ITALIAN, customer service and fashion industry experience.

Available to work shifts sometimes to 8pm and at weekends. Salary: £23k + 10% bonus + benefits. Pro rata contract to the end of January, possibly longer. Location: Central London.

The Role

Our client is a world famous fashion house and is currently looking for a GERMAN, SPANISH or ITALIAN speaker with a huge enthusiasm for and interest in fashion.


• You will liaise with users of the company’s online store via phone, web and email.

• Using your intuition and empathy for customers you will understand and anticipate their needs

• As a motivated and enthusiastic advocate of the brand and its products and with your knowledge you will actively contribute to increasing sales.

• Ensure that the relevant administration is completed and distributed appropriately

• Accurately record customer details

• Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team You will have/be:

• A strong fashion background.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential

• Fluency in GERMAN, SPANISH or ITALIAN essential

• Possess a passion for world class customer service

• Experience in a customer service role

• Strong problem solving capabilities

• A team player

• Organised and able to multi task
