Italian Customer Support Agent key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account information
  • Answer a extremely high volume of calls, emails and instant chat messages from customers and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards
  • Maintaining high levels of grammar, listening and verbal skills to facilitate exceptional customer service correspondence
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role, by observing, receiving, or otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources on company products
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and customers
  • Communicating with people outside the organisation, representing the organisation to customers, the public, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, telephone or e-mail
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks on request such as maintaining records and processing paperwork

Italian Customer Support Agent required skills:

  • High levels of grammar, listening and verbal skills to facilitate exceptional customer service correspondence
  • An open, honest, enthusiastic and resilient approach
  • Accountability for achieving goals and delivering a quality service to the customer
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-confidence and be a strong team player
  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential

This job as Italian Customer Support Agent offers an excellent remuneration package which includes a basic salary, commissions and bonuses. A relocation package will be offered to the right Italian Customer Support Agent which includes travel and temporary accommodation.
