** THIS ROLE IS BASED IN OXFORD – YOU MUST BE PREPARED TO RELOCATE ** Italian Customer Service Advisor – Oxfordshire This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest online organisations in the UK. They are currently looking for a number of Italian speaking Customer Service Advisors to become part of their rapidly expanding international team. You will be responsible for providing professional and high quality support to both advertisers and users of the website. Duties include: -Responding to incoming telephone and email enquiries -Educating customers on how to best use the website and products -Complaint handling and conflict resolution -Taking over the phone payments and up selling additional advertising products -Monitoring and validating correspondence sent through the website -Ensuring the high quality of adverts throughout the advertising period -Ensuring a high quality experience whilst using the website, for all consumers -Communication to different departments within the company -To play a key part in security of the website and authorisation of accounts -To raise awareness of customer concerns -To have thorough knowledge of the company and our products and express enthusiasm when communicating this to customers Person Specification: -Able to listen and communicate well with an excellent telephone manner -Fluent Italian, both written and verbal -Problem solve with the willingness to take responsibility and resolve issues -Good time management and self organisation -Ability to keep calm under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail -Get satisfaction from making a difference, exceeding customer expectations and a willingness to go the extra mile -Open and honest team player -Ability to challenge ideas and ask questions -Demonstrate pro-activity and responsibility -Trustworthy and reliable -Be able to demonstrate the key skills required for excellent customer service Qualifications: -Confidence using a PC -Ideally having had experience of Microsoft Office Software and an image editing package (i.e. Photoshop) -Prior experience within a Customer Service role is preferred -Attainment of a GCSE English and Mathematics qualification to a minimum level grade C (or equivalent) If you would like to be considered for the position please call now on 01235 854046 or email your CV over to Katherine@thecareerboutique.com
