ITALIAN CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE/ ADMIN SUPPORT £18,000K My Client is a INTERNATIONAL business based in Maidenhead. They are a Leading global manufacturer of information storage media products, including magnetic tapes; optical discs and battery products such as lithium ion rechargeable batteries; micro batteries and alkaline dry batteries. They have led the electronics industry at home and abroad in the fields of storage media and batteries and is globally recognised. In addition, they also also focused on devices and materials, such as optical components and functional materials based on their core technologies. BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE JOB, AND MAIN PURPOSE The job holder will provide customer service and administration support to the European sales administration department which deals with Importing, Exporting and logistics of our products to sales companies and distributors across Europe. The objective is to coordinate product shipments whilst maintaining stock levels in a timely manner to support the sales achievement. This is an opportunity to gain experience in an administration environment, within a busy head office function. EXPERIENCE: 1.Must have customer service experience working in a OFFICE environment 2. Call Centre/Outbound and Inbound call experience 3. Admin Experience 4. GOOD FLUENT ITALIAN SPOKEN LANGUAGE 5. GOOD LEVEL OF ENGLISH 6. Good role for a JUNIOR – Just left University 7. Previous experience in administration 8. Good use of Microsoft Excel and windows based tasks 9 Able to work on own initiative 10. Pleasant telephone manner 11.
