Job Description

Our London based clients are looking for an Italian speaking Hotel Relationship Manager to join their Business Development team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Answering and returning phone calls in a polite and timely manner
- Managing an Outlook e-mail inbox and responding within 24 hours
- Increasing hotel revenue
- Complete project work to a fixed deadline
- Revenue management of hotels following audit guidelines
- Requirements for calls and meetings (as required)
- Management of company portfolio
- Run reports as requested
- Recording of all calls and tasks
- Dealing with any complaints or queries quickly, efficiently and professionally
- Working with internal departments
- Pro-active sales
- Ensuring good use of rate strategies
- Working with the demand generation team to ensure all opportunities are completed
- Working with the marketing team
- Client retention and revenue growth are crucial to this role
- Develop sufficient skills to train any colleague on products, services and systems

Some travel will be required to attending client meetings and familiarisation trips as needed.


The successful candidate must have the following:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent telephone and written English language skills
- Second language Italian
- Experience in data management systems
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive can-do attitude, good communicator, problem solver, creative flair, passion and well organised
- Must be able to work independently

Experience of the customer service and hotel industry is preferred.
