The Digital Content department’s aim is to deliver not only a great online shopping experience across all platforms, but to constantly evolve, innovate and create a stand-out brand experience on AllSaints.com.

Everything we do is in-house, from photography and web development teams to our local copywriters who are responsible for communicating our ethos and message of creative disruption to new countries.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?:

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is…

  • Is a Native Italian Speaker
  • An expert in copywriting, preferably for a fashion brand
  • A natural at translating from English to Italian
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office skills with the ability to use CMS systems and Microsoft suite.
  • Proactive and able to think creatively when problem solving
  • Communicates with others clearly, effectively and with respect.
  • A natural ability to motivate, coach and develop others

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?:

The Role

An exciting opportunity to join the AllSaints digital family at a time of great growth, you will report directly into the Global Head of Digital and works closely with the Copywriter.

As part of an expanding editorial team of international writers within AllSaints’ Ecommerce department, you will represent the voice of the Italian customer.  You will be responsible for translating the AllSaints online platform for a Italian -speaking audience.

You will understand the AllSaints tone of voice and be able to translate it seamlessly for a native audience.

Some of your key responsibilities will include ownership of the Italian site copy, writing and uploading product descriptions, completing editorial content to strict deadlines and working cross-functionally with the communications team to support activity in Italian markets.

What Will I Be Doing

  • Managing the translation of the current site content into for our Italian platform.
  • Writing all Italian content across the site, including product descriptions and category headers.
  • Creating weekly email and social media copy.
  • Working cross-functionally with the marketing and communications team to support any copy needs including PR and communication materials.
  • Ensuring the upload of new product descriptions using the in-house CMS is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Own and manage the ongoing Italian site maintenance.
  • Ensure the AllSaints tone of voice is accurate, informative and consistent throughout the site
  • Reinterpret the brand voice for the Italian audience whilst maintaining an entirely native tone.
  • Liaising with the Digital Team on tonality of copy across the site.
  • Working closely with the Copy Coordinator to ensure all product descriptions are in place before they launch on site, and dealing with ad hoc translation requests.
  • Supporting the Digital team in any ad hoc projects
