Job Description

We’re looking for someone who has a consultative sales approach, a successful track record growing inside sales and polished presentation skills, but above all a hard working ethic. This individual will drive conversion rates and provide the best sales experience possible for our customers whilst converting the maximum number of opportunities to paying accounts.

You can think big, have a genuine interest in understanding the customers business and are in your element contacting fresh leads, cold leads and rabbits you pull out of the hat.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up and assist trialling customers to adopt the service
  • Understand business use cases and ensure best-use of service for trial accounts
  • Identify up sell or cross sell opportunities within new accounts in their first 3 months
  • Negotiate where required to win customers
  • Answer customer’s questions
  • Pro-actively target additional areas for generating leads
  • Assist marketing to best target your prospect base
  • Follow up on lost opportunities to learn from or try and re-open

Requirements:

  • Solid inside sales or account management experience
  • Fluency in Italian and Spanish essential
  • A Hunter/New business mentality
  • Fluency in an additional european language a plus
  • A pro-active, knowledge seeking attitude
  • Work experience at a technology product or services company or a company that serves the software industry
  • Excellent sales organizational and communication skills and an engaging phone presence
  • A passion for social media or web-based software
  • An appreciation for easy to use, intuitive software
  • Comfortable with demonstrating software online and in person with potential customers
  • Available to start as a fixed term contractor 6-9 months
