Job Description
London Bridge MSI Group is looking for a bright, talented and extremely well organized Account Manager/ Service Delivery Consultant to join our Permanent Healthcare Division.
Duties and Responsibilities
As the Account Manager/Service Delivery Consultant your role will be varied and challenging and involve:
- Providing a world class service to candidates and MSI Group`s clients.
- Servicing and managing clients across both the public and private sector
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, referrals, and job boards.
- Creating adverts, candidate briefings, job specifications and other marketing materials.
- Support the Consultants in day to day activities including resourcing for positions.
Essential Experience:
- A minimum of two years’ recruitment experience or service delivery, not necessarily in Healthcare Recruitment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Very well organised and able to priorities work load.
- Team player.
- Commercial flair, resilience, urgency and exceptionally high levels of energy and drive.
Conditions/Offer
£25,000 – £80,000 per annum
