Job Description

London Bridge MSI Group is looking for a bright, talented and extremely well organized Account Manager/ Service Delivery Consultant to join our Permanent Healthcare Division.

Duties and Responsibilities

As the Account Manager/Service Delivery Consultant your role will be varied and challenging and involve:

  • Providing a world class service to candidates and MSI Group`s clients.
  • Servicing and managing clients across both the public and private sector
  • Sourcing candidates through headhunting, referrals, and job boards.
  • Creating adverts, candidate briefings, job specifications and other marketing materials.
  • Support the Consultants in day to day activities including resourcing for positions.

Essential Experience:

  • A minimum of two years’ recruitment experience or service delivery, not necessarily in Healthcare Recruitment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very well organised and able to priorities work load.
  • Team player.
  • Commercial flair, resilience, urgency and exceptionally high levels of energy and drive.


£25,000 – £80,000 per annum
