Job Description

About the role:

• The candidate will manage and run all email campaigns.

• Will oversee and manage our social media team and updates.

• Will oversee and manage all our Google and PPC campaigns updates.

• A thorough understanding of LinkedIn is essential as this is the main social media portal for use in running and monitoring our campaigns.

• Will have a copy content writing skills to write up marketing emails, SEO content for the website (blogs), and social media campaigns.

• The candidate will have an extensive knowledge of analytics to monitor, interpret and report conversions on marketing campaigns.

• Will keep in constant weekly contact with our clients to make sure their accounts are running smoothly.

• Will oversee and manage our website and all advertising portals and campaigns

• Working knowledge of search engine optimization methods, especially in applying keywords in titles and content that will be used for all online marketing campaigns.

• Customer Service- a supportive and salesmanship role with clients making sure their accounts are running efficiently and they are getting the high standard of service/applications they require form our site and staff.



• Manages, develops, and implements marketing activities to maximize sales of our brand.

• Developing detailed marketing strategies and liaising with other teams to determine more demand and awareness for our services.

• Identifying prospective leads and forwarding these prospects to the sales team; property firms in need of staffing.

• Developing marketing campaigns that will give our career portal an optimal exposure to our target market.

• Research and provide advice on competitors for service development and focused marketing initiatives.

• Trains the in-house staff on the use of advanced marketing methods.

• Monitors market trends, penetration, and competitive gains or losses.

• Develop, manage, and leverage diverse networks for marketing data.
