Job Description

This position coordinates human resources activities providing high level of service across SAE UK and supports four campuses and the UK national team with the appropriate tools. It will coordinate activities and processes for the employee lifecycle under the direction of the Human Resource Business Partner Europe. The HR Coordinator will provide generalist HR support to the Managing Director UK and the UK management teams.

Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent knowledge of employment law
  • Bachelor Degree in HR Management and/or CIPD qualification or working towards
  • Embraces the SAE culture as part of Navitas Group.
  • Ability to work with multiple operations and multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to provide basic advice on employment terms, conditions, policies and procedures
  • Ability to work to deadlines and within defined standards.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and understanding of cross-cultural communication.
  • Fluency in English Language
  • Must have right to work and live in the UK.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Desire to pursue a career in HR in an international setting.
  • Previous experience in Creative Media or Education industry.
  • Experience with HR databases.
  • Knowledge of the following European Languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch)
  • SAE experience.
